Karen R. Innella

Mrs. Karen R. Innella of Port Jervis, NY, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at her home with her loving family by her side.  She was 72.

She was born October 20, 1944 in Wallington, NJ the daughter of the late Edward and Sophie Konefal McCullough.

A family statement read: “Mom was devoted to her family.  She spent her time at all of her children’s and grandchildren’s events, birthdays and holidays.  She had a thoughtful heart and a giving personality, always thinking of others.  She will be deeply missed.”

Her loving husband Louis Innella of Port Jervis, NY

2 Daughters:  Tara Snyder and her husband Tom of Sparrowbush, NY and Colleen Balmos and her husband Brian of Port Jervis

2 Step Sons:  Chris Innella and his wife Rachel of Eldred, NY and Ryan Innella and his wife Patty of Port Jervis

1 Sister: Elizabeth Conklin of Huguenot, NY

1 Step Brother: Charles Flieger and his wife Charlene of Port Jervis

2 sisters in law: Dottie Rothschild of Port Jervis and Minnie Conklin of Port Jervis

1 brother in law: Raymond Brighton and his wife Judy of Middletown, NY

10 Grandchildren: Tommy Snyder (Erin), Jennifer Snyder, Janine Addy (Tyler), Madison Balmos, Audrey, Louis, Quintin, Armando & Ryan Innella and Athena Rios.

3 Great Grandchildren: Jack, Lena & Natalie.

Also many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her late husband Carl Brighton, who passed away in 1995.

Friends may call at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc. 100 East Main Street Port Jervis on Saturday, May 6, 2017 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 1:00pm at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Cassidy officiating.

Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush, NY.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, N.Y. 12550.
