George Noroian

Mr. George Noroian of Port Jervis, NY died Monday, July 10, 2017 at Bon Secours Community Hospital.  He was 77.

He was born September 11, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY the son of the late Avedis Noroian and the late Rose Amadooni Noroian.

George married Louise C. Ferraro on August 18, 1963 in Manhattan, NY.

He was a retired Lithographer, businessman, and owner of the former New Bauer Inn. He was a long time resident of the Port Jervis area.

A Family Statement Read: “George was devoted to his family and a beloved husband, father, uncle and “Pop Pop” to his granddaughters. He was a strong provider and always put his family first. George enjoyed time spent camping and hunting with his two brothers, Jack & Harry, when they were younger.  He also enjoyed spending time in his home in Florida and was an avid football fan.  He will be greatly missed.”

Son: Robert Noroian and his wife, Joanne

Granddaughters: Karly, Lia & Sara

Cousin: Richard

Sisters-in-Law: Merilyn and Barbara

He was predeceased by his sister, Virginia McInerny, brothers, Harry & Jack Noroian, and brother-in-law, Jack Ferraro.

Friends may call at Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY on Thursday, July 13, 2017 from 1:00 – 3:00pm and 6:00 – 8:00 pm.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 14th at the funeral home.

Cremation will be held at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA.
