Mr. Stephen Michael Conroy of New York, N.Y. died Thursday, September 7, 2017in New York, NY. He was 50.
He was born January 21, 1967 in New York, NY the son of Francis “Hank” and Carol Ann Fahey Conroy.
Stephen was a 1985 graduate of Port Jervis High School where he excelled in his studies and on the golf team, where they went to States, his senior year. He was a past member of the Port Jervis Fire Department, Port Jervis Little League and Port Jervis Pop Warner Football League. He graduated from the University of South Carolina, where he was an Alumnus and a PROUD Gamecock supporter.
Stephen was an accomplished marathon runner, belonging to the NY Harriers and the NY Road Runners. Stephen was an avid Yankees and Cowboys fan and had a passion to cook. All his friends and family enjoyed eating or seeing all his dishes he proudly displayed on Facebook prepared at the Red Apron.

He was predeceased by his Grandparents and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins that always remained close to his heart.
Family and friends can visit the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 4:00 pm at Gray-Parker Funeral Home with Rev. Matthew Newcomb officiating.
Cremation will be at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA.
