Obituary of Aaron Hnida
Aaron Cody Hnida of Port Jervis, NY, died Saturday, September 16, 2017. He was 21.
He was born June 10, 1996 in Honesdale, PA the son of Arthur S. and Karla L. Balcom Hnida III.
Aaron proudly served in the United State Marine Corps.
A family statement read: “Aaron was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved running, so in high school he joined the Cross Country Team. He was dedicated to his physical fitness, so he never smoked or did any drugs or anything that would hinder his fitness performance. He enjoyed hiking and anything that put him in the outdoors. He loved to read and also had a passion for Shark Week. Aaron was the type of kid who made everyone smile, especially his little niece Rachael Grace, who loved to spend time and play with her uncle. He will be deeply missed.”

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 8:00pm the funeral home with Rev. Nancy Vonderhorst officiating.
Cremation will be at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the PTSD Foundation of America, a charity that meant a lot to Aaron, at P.O. Box 690748, Houston, TX 77269.
