Obituary of Patricia Reed

Patricia “Patty” Adelaide Reed of Middletown, NY and a long time resident of the area, died Monday, December 18, 2017 at Middletown Park Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, Middletown.  She was 64.

She was born September 21, 1953 in Bronx, NY the daughter of the late Francis H. Gnazzo and the late Mary E.  Plunkett Gnazzo.

Patty worked for the Orange County Dept. of Health in Goshen, NY.

A family statement read:  “Patty was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and daughter.  She had many friends and a great sense of humor.”

Surviving are:

Daughter:        Lauren Dunleavy                                                        Suffern, NY

Daughter:        Lisa Reed                                                                    Sparta, NJ

Brother:           William Gnazzo and his companion Carol Marshall  Oxford, NJ

Her beloved granddaughter: Olivia 

Pre Deceased Sister: Gail Gnazzo               

Visitation will be (Today) Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm at Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY 12771

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Holy Cross R. C. Church, 626 County Route 22, Middletown, NY 10940 with Rev. Michael Cedro officiating.

Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Jervis, NY.
