A Family Statement Reads: Joe (Hamper) was the ultimate hard-working man, story teller, problem-solver, outdoorsman, and self-taught jack-of-all-trades. He could fix or build ANYTHING, and he did! Joe had big dreams from a young age and he worked tirelessly to make them all come true. He was always ready to tell a joke and then laugh at it with you, or alone, if you didn’t. Joe kept all the family stories and history, and greatly enjoyed sharing them with everyone. Above all, Joe deeply loved his wife and family, he loved laughing and having a good time, and he will be forever cherished by those lucky enough to have known him. In his honor, please try to carry on Joe’s laughter, kindness, generosity, and fun-loving spirit as a testament to a life well-lived.
