Obituary of John Bliefernich
Mr. John Edward Bliefernich
John Edward Bliefernich went home to be with the Lord surrounded by his family and loved ones, Wednesday, November 21, 2018. John was a Vietnam veteran who proudly served our country and will receive military honors.
He was the son of the late Dorothy Steinmetz and Fred Bliefernich. He is survived by his wife Carol Ann Bliefernich; Two daughters; Emily Ann Weissman, Kristin Louise Daboul, and son-in-law Rick Daboul; Two brothers, Fred and Bob Bliefernich; Two sisters, MaryAnn O’Shea and Barbara Brooks; Three grandchildren, Aimee Weissman-Valenti, Kennedy Noelle Daboul and Hazel Elizabeth Daboul.
John was actively involved in Camp Koinonia in Highland Lake, NY, and well known and loved by many in his community. For those of us who knew John, we have suffered a deep loss, as his spirit shone brightly here on earth. John taught us that life is a gift, and that every step we take here on earth is only part of our eternal gift. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” –John 3:16
