Mr. Thomas A. Quinn

Montague, NJ

Mr. Thomas A. Quinn of Montague, NJ died Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at home.  He was 90.

He was born February 12, 1928 in Jersey City, NJ the son of the late William B. Quinn and the late Evelyn L. Duff Quinn

Tom proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He married Constance Bellanca 60 years ago in Montclair, NJ on November 20, 1958.

Tom was a self employed Certified Public Accountant working up until just a year ago.

He was a member of St. James The Greater R.C. Church, Montague, NJ and the Montague Memorial Post #10144, Montague, NJ

A family statement read: “Dad was active in his community, serving on church council, school boards and planning/zoning boards.  He loved drawing political cartoons and pen and ink sketches of local historic buildings.  He always brought a sense of calm to those who knew him.”

Friends may call at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc. 100 East Main Street Port Jervis on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM in St. James The Greater R.C. Church, 75 River Road Montague, NJ 07827 with Rev. Wayne Varga officiating.

Burial will be at Montague Reformed Church Cemetery, Montague, NJ.
