He was born March 28, 1972 in Newburgh, NY the son of Charles J. Parker and Beverly A. Wood Parker. A family statement read: “Charlie touched so many lives and never knew it, some of us never realized it either, until now. Charlie was a caring, gentle, hardworking, father, son and brother. He was trusting and selfless. He stood in the background but was the first to help if you needed him. Charlie loved fishing, hunting, his PS4, working on cars and his dog Bailey. He got up every morning to feed and walk her before work and come in and scoop her face up in his palm and tell her that was his girl. He took care of his mom and made sure she was okay and told her he loved her every day. He never really had a bad word to say about people who wronged him, he just moved on and let it be. Sometimes he thought he was invincible and now we wish he was right. Charlie was loved more then words could say. The memories will always stay. We were blessed to be a part of his life.” Surviving are: 2 children: Joshua Parker Kimberly Parker His parents, Charles J.
