Obituary of Thomas E. Misczuk

Mr. Thomas E. Misczuk of W. Hartford, CT a investigative news reporter for Fox 61 News, Hartford, CT and former resident of Port Jervis, died Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at Newport, RI. He was 48. He was born August 7, 1955 in Newark, NJ the son of Rose Hart Misczuk and the late Felix Thomas Misczuk. He was a graduate of Port Jervis High School and later attended the Center for the Media Arts in Manhattan. Tom received an EMMY for Outstanding Investigative Reporting, as well as a New York Film Festival Award for documentary reporting and producing. He has also received several other EMMY nominations, and various other awards for everything from features to investigative reports. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2004 with prayers at 10:15 Am at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00 AM in St. Mary's R.C. Church with Rev. Dennis M. Dinan officiating.
